Vidya Bharati has decided to expand Educational programmes through Five year Plans -
 

	In every district Headquater - at least one High School for boys & one for girls.
	In every Block or Municipal Committee Area - at least one Middle School. Centre
	In a village of 5 thousand population or a village complex  at least one Saraswati Shishu Mandir .
	A small village with less population - Lok Shiksha Kendra & Sanskar Kendra.
