Teacher-training programmes are organised throughout the country. Adarsh Vidya Mandir Post-Graduate (Teacher Training College, Jaipur (Rajasthan)) conducts full-time training for teachers of Vidya Bharati. A similar educational institute is in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.Besides these, ten Teachers Training Institutes are functioning in various states.  Training of teachers working in tribal areas is arranged at Ranchi in Bihar. Besides the above, state and regional level teacher-training-courses are also organised. These courses are for 10 days to 2 months duration. In fact, trained teachers constitute the back-bone for the smooth progress of all Vidya Bharati activities.
