Use praise and Reproof effectively.
|
|
Use praise to encourage students. Make use of both praise and reproof (refer specifically to jobs done well or poorly). Accompany reproof always by praise for those aspects of the job, which have been done well. Give reproof promptly and then consider the matter a closed incident.
